Claude for drafting and reusable workflows
We design workflows for Claude's drafting, structuring and comparison, and for reusable routines through Skills and plugins. You use your own Claude account.
What we use Claude for
iSystematic uses Claude for drafting, structuring and comparison, and for reusable workflows through Skills.
In our workflows that means briefings, triage, drafts, memos, onboarding and reminders, and the comparison step of a research memo.
Launch workflows that lead with Claude
All eight launch workflows are designed for Claude. Designed for is not the same as verified on: no workflow has yet passed the test checklist on Claude.

Features we rely on
We rely on three Claude features, each linked to Anthropic's own documentation and checked 9 October 2026. Features depend on your account, plan, region and administrator settings.
| Feature | What we use it for | Vendor documentation | Checked |
|---|---|---|---|
| Connectors | Retrieving email, files, calendar and operational context, and supported actions | Claude: Connectors | 9 October 2026 |
| Plugins | Repeatable routines that bundle skills, connectors and subagents | Claude: Plugins | 9 October 2026 |
| Skills and the directory | Finding a starting point your account supports | Claude: Directory | 9 October 2026 |
Cautions
Claude's connectors work within limits that your administrator and your connected services set.
- Administrators may block writes.
- Permissions inherit the access of the service you connect.
- Installing a plugin does not set up every authorisation, and does not make a routine run unattended.
- Check any item you install from the directory, and its publisher.
- A connector that can read does not imply it can write.
What we do not rely on Claude for
We do not rely on Claude for five things.
- Running on a schedule: no Claude scheduling feature is among those we rely on.
- Acting on its own: anything sent, booked, paid or published waits for you.
- A ready-made deployment: Anthropic's quickstarts are developer examples, not a ready-to-use deployment.
- Being the record: your calendar, CRM, accounting and document stores stay the system of record.
- Passing work to another assistant: the handoff is manual by default.
Your account, not ours
iSystematic is independent of OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity and xAI; customers use their own accounts.
We set workflows up with you in your own Claude account; we do not resell Claude.
