The rules of the road for using isystematic.ca and engaging iSystematic for professional services.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the iSystematic websites at isystematic.com and isystematic.ca and any related services we make available online. By accessing the site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Use of the site
You agree to use the site lawfully and respectfully. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, probe its security, scrape it at volume, mis-represent yourself, or use it to send unsolicited communications. We may suspend access to any user that breaches these Terms.
3. Intellectual property
All content on the site — including text, illustrations, code samples, product names, logos and design — is owned by iSystematic Inc. or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual-property laws. You may view, share and quote short excerpts for non-commercial purposes with attribution; everything else requires written permission.
4. Professional services
Engagements for design, build and operate work are governed by the specific written agreement we sign with you (statement of work, master services agreement, or order form). Nothing on this site is itself a binding offer of services.
5. Confidentiality
Information you share with us through the contact form or correspondence will be treated as confidential where you have marked it as such or where its confidential nature is obvious from the context. We will not disclose confidential information except to advisers and vendors bound by confidentiality, or where required by law.
6. AI-generated content
Some content on this site, including illustrative responses inside product demos, may be generated by AI systems. AI outputs can be incomplete or inaccurate. Do not rely on demo content for decision-making; engage us under a written agreement if you need outputs you can act on.
7. Disclaimers
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. Your use of the site is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iSystematic Inc. and its directors, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the site. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to CAD $100.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The courts located in Winnipeg, Manitoba will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes that cannot be resolved informally.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page; continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
