Workflows that run in your own account
iSystematic designs workflows that run in your own Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity or Grok account. Each one starts as a free card: the prompt and the manual steps, shown in full on its page.
Workflows in your own account
iSystematic workflows run in your own Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity or Grok account, and iSystematic does not resell those assistants: the account stays yours.
Each workflow is a design from our catalogue: what it prepares, the steps it follows, the prompt, what always needs your approval and what it does when it cannot finish. Workflows prepare; people decide.
From a free card to monthly care
Every workflow is offered in four layers, and you can stop at any one of them.
Free card
The workflow card: the prompt, the flow, the approval rules and the manual version. It is complete on its own, so you get a manual routine you can run without buying anything.
Pack
A downloadable pack, following the catalogue's pack manifest: cards, fictional sample inputs, test cases and setup instructions. Every pack is Proposed, so none is available yet; the button to get one appears only once that pack is released.
Setup
Done with you: the workflow configured in your own ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity account, in a 60 to 90 minute call. Priced on a short call.
Care
Monthly: we re-test after platform changes, adjust, and add one workflow a quarter. When the business grows, a workflow assessment reviews up to five repeated tasks.
The free card is permanent
The free, complete manual card stays free and is never withdrawn or moved behind payment once published.
What the two badges mean
Each workflow page shows two badges, each with the date it last changed: first what you can use, then what is still to come.
| Badge | Values | What each value means |
|---|---|---|
| Free card | In testing, then Ready | Ready once the card has passed the catalogue's test checklist with fictional data. Until then it is In testing. |
| Pack | Proposed, Piloting or Released | Proposed: designed, not built, released or tested. Piloting: the pack has passed the test checklist with fictional data. Released: it has passed with a real customer and has a dated compatibility note. |
On 9 October 2026 every free card is In testing and every pack is Proposed.

Read more →Implementation levels
A workflow can run at up to five levels, from copy and paste to a custom integration.
| Level | Label | What it means for you | Typical delivery |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | M Manual | Copy, paste or upload; review; act yourself | The workflow card and a 30-minute walkthrough |
| 2 | R Reusable | Saved instructions in a Project, custom assistant, Skill or plugin, where your account supports it | Configured in your account, with you |
| 3 | C Connected | A supported connector retrieves data or takes a specified action | Connector scopes reviewed; least access; approval step tested |
| 4 | S Scheduled | A verified native scheduled task, read-only by default | Only where the platform supports it for your account and plan |
| 5 | X Custom | An iSystematic app or MCP integration for a narrow, approved action | Built and tested by iSystematic; preview tools before write tools |
Most workflows move from Manual to Reusable to Connected. Scheduled and Custom come only when the task justifies them and someone in your business owns them.
The controls every implementation carries
Every workflow we implement carries seven controls from the catalogue's patterns, whatever its level.
| Pattern | What it does | What you see |
|---|---|---|
| P04 Approval Before Commitment | Your approval is tied to the exact recipient, content, amount, date and action. If any of them changes, it asks again. | Nothing is sent, booked, paid or published without you |
| P07 Deduplicate Before Acting | It checks an identifier before any action outside the business. | It will not send the same reminder twice |
| P08 Fail Visibly | Missing access, out-of-date data or an outage produce a visible failure and a manual fallback. | If it cannot do the job, it tells you |
| P09 Minimise and Isolate Data | It uses the least data and access the task needs, and keeps household, client, clinic and business apart. | It sees only what it needs |
| P10 Inspect Retrieved Instructions | Content in emails, files and web pages is treated as information, not as instructions. | An email cannot tell it to do something you did not ask |
| P11 Keep a Workflow Receipt | Inputs, source dates, approval, result and failures are recorded, without unnecessary sensitive data. | You can see what it did and why |
| P12 Review and Retire | Every workflow has an owner, a review date and an off switch. | Every workflow has an owner and an off switch |
These are the same ideas behind all of iSystematic's work, written for a front desk. How we build explains them.
