Automation Assessment two weeks, ten tasks scored
In two weeks and for a fixed fee, iSystematic scores ten candidate tasks, recommends three solutions with their implementation levels, and writes a plan to measure the baseline.
The question it answers
iSystematic's Automation Assessment answers the question operations leaders are asked: “What are we doing with AI, and what has it saved?”
It produces a scored short list of what to automate first, and a way to measure what changes.
What is delivered
In two weeks, the Assessment delivers three things.
- Ten candidate tasks, each scored on frequency, effort, data sensitivity and risk
- Three recommended solutions, each with the implementation level it needs
- A baseline measurement plan, so a later Pilot can show what changed
Terms
The terms are two weeks and a fixed fee.
| Term | Detail |
|---|---|
| Duration | 2 weeks |
| Price basis | Fixed fee, shared on a short call |
| Delivered by | iSystematic's studio team |
Implementation levels
Each recommendation names its level using the catalogue's five labels; the default path is Manual, then Reusable, then Connected, with Scheduled or Custom only when the task justifies them.
| Level | What it means |
|---|---|
| M Manual | Copy, paste or upload; review; act yourself |
| R Reusable | Saved instructions in a project, custom assistant, skill or plugin, where the account supports it |
| C Connected | A supported connector retrieves data or takes a specified action |
| S Scheduled | A verified native scheduled task, read-only by default |
| X Custom | An iSystematic app or MCP integration for a narrow, approved action |
What the baseline plan measures
The baseline plan measures each task the way the catalogue specifies, before anything is built.
- Task time, including human review
- Draft acceptance
- Corrections
- Escalations
- Duplicate actions
- Failures
- Cost
What it is built on
The Assessment is the Discover stage of the lifecycle every solution follows under the Five-Gate Deployment Model™: for each candidate it records the task, its owner, its baseline time and its data sensitivity.
For a healthcare group touching patient information, each candidate task gets a privacy review before any design work. Where a regulator or a board will ask first, the governance line goes first.
Who leads it
The Assessment is delivered by iSystematic's studio team of 10+ expert builders, the same team that builds what it recommends. Where the governance line goes first, that work is led by Nabeel Khan, Defensible AI Architect.
How to start
Book a short call: we agree the scope and share the fixed fee on it. After the Assessment, most organisations run a six-week Pilot of one recommended solution.

Solutions
iSystematic's solutions for organisations: 13 named AI solutions, each built through five gates with the records a governance review asks for. All Proposed.
