Advisory: a senior architect in the room
Two ways to keep Nabeel Khan's judgement on hand: the Enterprise AI Advisory Retainer, in three-month terms, and advisory hours, booked against one named question.
The question you are asked
iSystematic's advisory line answers the question an executive faces between diagnoses: who do we ask before committing to a decision that is expensive to get wrong? The retainer keeps that person in the room over months; advisory hours answer one decision at a time.
The Enterprise AI Advisory Retainer
The retainer gives executive-level guidance and oversight as you operationalise AI: a senior architect in the room for the decisions that are expensive to get wrong.
| Term | Detail |
|---|---|
| Includes | Monthly executive advisory calls; architecture and governance reviews on live initiatives; priority support on vendor, model and policy decisions; review of AI roadmaps, initiatives and risks; optional participation in steering committees or working groups. |
| Against your baseline | A regulatory-change brief, a rotating deep module each quarter, standing advisory access, and an annual re-score against your Teardown baseline. |
| Term | Three-month terms, renewable monthly or quarterly. |
| When it starts | It follows a delivered Teardown rather than starting cold. On the E-23 route it is offered only after the Review, and only where the plan shows the need. |
| Team | A senior architect in the room: Nabeel Khan, through iSystematic Inc. |
| Fee | Monthly, shared on the Fit Call. |
Advisory hours
Advisory hours give one decision, answered by the person who wrote the frameworks the other engagements use.
| Term | Detail |
|---|---|
| Scope | One decision, against a named question. No report, no roadmap, no scoring. |
| Deliverables | A live call, and a written summary of what was said and what it implies, inside two working days. |
| Before you book | No prior engagement required. |
| Team | Nabeel Khan, the person who wrote the frameworks. |
| Fee | Discussed on the call. |
What it is built on
The retainer's annual re-score is taken against your Teardown baseline, which is scored on the MESA Framework™. Both formats are given by the author of the deposited specifications and books on nabeelkhan.com: see the frameworks and the books.
Who leads it
Nabeel Khan, Defensible AI Architect (enterprise AI architecture and AI governance for regulated institutions), is the named practice lead and gives the advice himself.
How to start
Book a Fit Call to discuss a retainer, or write through the contact page with the question you want answered. Both are described on nabeelkhan.com/engagements.
