Independent professionals: start with the free cards
For consultants, bookkeepers working alone, designers, writers and coaches, including people running a business from home. Free workflow cards you run in your own assistant.
Your week, in your words
iSystematic's free workflow cards are written for independent professionals whose week goes on proposals, follow-ups, onboarding a client, invoices, content, and keeping household and clients apart.
Aisha (fictional) runs her business from home and keeps her clients and her household in separate places. The cards on this page are written for a week like hers.
Where most start
Most start with three free cards: W10 Business Profile Builder, W20 Research to Decision Memo and W16 Invoice Reminder Preparation. Each is a complete manual routine, with the prompt, the flow and the approval rules, and it stays free.
If you would rather have them set up with you, one setup session configures them in your own account.
What we set up
Each workflow prepares work for a person to check. Status on 9 October 2026: free cards in testing, packs proposed. Workflows without a link are designed and not yet published.
Business Profile Builder
A one-page profile from your verified facts, with unknowns and assumptions kept apart. No invented testimonials, credentials, prices or results.
Read more →Research to Decision Memo
A one-page memo that separates evidence, assumptions, conflicting claims and unknowns, and cites the originals.
Read more →Invoice Reminder Preparation
Reminders for confirmed unpaid invoices only, with exact amounts. A second run never sends a second reminder.
Read more →Client Onboarding
A welcome pack, kickoff agenda and checklist from the scope you agreed. It never changes contract terms.
Read more →What makes the card different
Each card's tests target the mistakes that cost you a client: duplicate reminders, invented claims, and a message sent without your approval.
Works with your systems
The cards need no integration: they run in the AI assistant account you already have.
| How you use it | What it needs |
|---|---|
| A free card, by hand | Copy the prompt into your own ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity account, add what it needs, then review and act yourself. |
| A saved version in your account | Set up with you in one session, where your account supports saved instructions or projects. |
Software is named here only to say what has been tested with it. Nothing on this page implies an integration that has not been built.
How it is built
Four promises hold for the free cards and the setup session; the full set, for systems we build and run, is on How we build.
| What we promise | What stands behind it |
|---|---|
| It never promises a client anything you have not approved | The Boundary Invariant |
| Nothing goes live until you sign it off | Five-Gate Deployment Model™: G3 Approval |
| We check every service we put into your setup | AI Vendor Risk Framework (AVRF)™ |
| You can see what it did and why | The BOE Declaration |
What always stays with you
You decide these, every time.
- Every client message
- Every proposal
- Every price
- Anything published
- Every outreach send
What we never do
No card or setup of ours does any of these.
- Invented testimonials, credentials or results
- False personalisation in outreach
- Outreach without a lawful basis
- Household and client data in one assistant context
